Investing in our future

Shaping children’s awareness of God and nurturing their relationship with him are the goals of our Children and Youth Education ministry.

Sunday Mornings

Every Sunday morning during the worship service, we provide a safe environment for kids ages four to grade five to participate in lessons and fun activities. Each lesson provides activities that appeal to many different learning styles, appropriate to the age level and life experience of today's kids.  When the church celebrates communion, the Sunday School class returns to the sanctuary to join in.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and has completed our Safe Church training.  They are committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

"Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court."

Psalms 127:3-5

Catechism Classes

Our Church Education classes build on the foundation of our Sunday School program, with an emphasis on a Reformed understanding of our Christian faith. Classes are open to students in grades 6 through 12 and are held Monday nights at 7:15pm.
